Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Farmers Hub, a service provided by Farmers Hub Platform Inc. (“Farmers Hub”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully because they govern your use of our website, Android and IOS applications available at (“Apps”), and services available through our Apps. By accessing or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of our Apps, you must register for an account. When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

2. Privacy Policy

3. User Conduct

All users are expected to behave in a respectful and law-abiding manner while using our Apps. Activities such as spamming, harassment, illegal activities, and misrepresentation are strictly prohibited.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country/state in which Farmers Hub Platform Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Refund and Dispute Resolution Policy:

1. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available for transactions that meet specific criteria, including but not limited to, non-delivery of goods, delivery of goods that are significantly different from the description, or other circumstances as determined by Farmers Hub.
  • Initiating a Refund Request: To initiate a refund, users must submit a request to Farmers Hub within 3 days of the transaction. The request must include a detailed explanation of the issue and any relevant evidence (e.g., photographs of the livestock).
  • Processing Refund Requests: Upon receiving a refund request, Farmers Hub will investigate the claim and may mediate between the buyer and the seller to reach a fair resolution. Refund decisions by Farmers Hub are final and binding.
  • Refund Method and Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days. In certain cases, credit for future purchases on Farmers Hub may be offered as an alternative to a monetary refund.

2. Dispute Resolution

  • Raising a Dispute: If a transaction leads to a disagreement between users, either party can raise a dispute with Farmers Hub. Disputes must be filed within 3 days of the transaction date.
  • Dispute Resolution Process: Farmers Hub will review the dispute and may request additional information from both parties. Our aim is to facilitate a fair and equitable resolution based on the evidence provided and the specifics of the transaction.
  • Binding Decision: The decision made by Farmers Hub regarding the dispute will be final and binding on both parties. Users agree to abide by these decisions without recourse to legal action within the Farmers Hub platform.
  • Escalation of Disputes: If a dispute cannot be resolved within the Farmers Hub platform, parties may seek resolution through an external arbitration process, subject to the governing laws of the country in which the transaction took place.

3. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes and they will be effective immediately upon posting on all our platforms.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps and any services at our sole discretion, for any reason, and without notice or liability to you.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Apps and services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We do not accept any liability for the actions of users on our platform.
